The world is entering a new cycle, and with it comes an urgent call for alignment, coherence, and integrity. Are we ready to uphold the light and transcend the barriers that separate us? In this article, Sri Prem Baba shares three essential messages for this time of transition and how to apply them in daily life to vibrate in tune with the divine flow.
By the grace of God, we have reached a decisive moment in our collective spiritual journey. We have gone through different cosmic alignments that marked the beginning of a new cycle, and it demands more from us than just understanding — it calls for transformation.
What does this mean in practice? It means abandoning old patterns and living with greater alignment, coherence, and integrity.
But to sustain the light, we must first learn not to run from it. Over time, many of us have become accustomed to hiding behind suffering, complaints, and victimhood. Now, life invites us to let go of all of that and embrace our true power.
Below, I share three key messages to navigate this new cycle with awareness and wholeness.
The new cycle calls for an inner realignment. This means sincerely looking at the areas of our lives where we are not living with integrity, where our words and actions do not match our true essence.
Each obstacle, each challenge, is an opportunity to love unconditionally. When we face challenges with this perspective, we transcend old patterns and open the way to a lighter, more meaningful life.
Ask yourself:
The new cycle will no longer allow for masks. It demands authenticity and a real commitment to what we say and do.
You are already mature enough to recognize that you no longer need the role of the victim draining your energy and consciousness. The game of complaint, blame, and suffering no longer fits in this new cycle.
At every moment, we have the choice to react unconsciously or to act from our Higher Self. This applies to everything:
The practice now is to remain aligned, even when life challenges us. To invoke our Higher Self before acting. To choose to respond with awareness rather than react impulsively.
The separation between the sacred and the profane is an illusion. There is no such thing as a “spiritual moment” and a “common moment.” Everything can be spiritual if done with awareness.
Everything is service. Everything is an opportunity to love.
When we truly understand this, we transcend the barriers that separate us and begin to see God in everything and everyone.
This shift in vision completely transforms life. Suffering loses its grip, and inner peace becomes our natural state.
More than ever, it is time to expand these vibrations of consciousness and love beyond ourselves. May these waves of transformation especially reach the leaders of this world — political, financial, social, and spiritual leaders.
May they awaken, even if just a little more, to a greater awareness of love, kindness, and responsibility.
For if leadership does not align, the codes of the new time will bring about the necessary corrections to ensure alignment takes place.
The change we wish to see in the world begins within us. When we become living examples of this new vibration, we inspire others to do the same.
This year is destined to be a time of intense movement and transformation.
But all this change leads to a single purpose: to dismantle the barriers of separation and live in the consciousness of unconditional love.
The more we attune to this truth, the more we find peace and silence within ourselves. And from this place, we radiate light for all to receive.
May the Supreme Being continue to transform us. And may we all remember, every day, that we are exactly where God wants us to be.
