In an era when polarities are constantly being encouraged, I see a conceptual confusion where people who are aware of the severity of everything that is happening in the world and of all the problems and crises that need solving are placed on one side, and on the other side, people who seek self-development, spirituality and the cultivation of peace. I see this antagonism as a distortion, after all, it is only possible to contribute in a true way to helping a world in need if you are first of all at peace with yourself, or at least seeking a path that leads you to this state which is synonymous with plenitude. In the same way, it is not possible to be in plenitude by alienating yourself from the reality of the material world.
I call “plenitude” the inner state of balance, peace and contentment that is independent of what is happening in the outer world. I realize that it is no wonder that the transmission of the content of my book “Plenitude–Life beyond fear” came about in the year 2020, the year of the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic, which marked the beginning of a tougher phase in the planetary transition cycle we are going through. I feel that the understanding of what it really means to be in plenitude and the commitment to develop this state of mind is what will enable humanity to go through this phase with less unnecessary suffering.
I say this, as I have already said in other speeches of mine this year, not only based on the spiritual vision, which confirms this perspective, but also observing from the material point of view and all the evidence that is already more than visible. Those who have been following me for longer know that I have been preparing my students for this moment for many years, so that everyone can go through this cycle in the best possible way. So I feel that it is my duty to help you become clear on what is happening and to offer tools so that you can be a link in this chain of commitment to the Light.
You cannot ignore the great evils that plague the world at this time. We are living the remnants of a pandemic that has not yet ended, which brought psycho-emotional, social and economical impacts. We are influenced by the frequency of war in Ukraine, with the potential to escalate into a world war. We reap the fruits of a climate crisis caused by our accumulated unconsciousness that exploits natural resources and does not respect other beings, be they animals, plants, rivers, among others. We feel the effects of strong political crises in several countries (and in Brazil, this year we will have the presidential election which, according to experts, tends to be the most tense in our history). This is just to mention some of the challenges we are already facing and which have an immense potential to become even more acute in the coming years.
I say this not to put fear, tension or blame on you. I speak so that you understand the need to make this commitment to the search for peace, which begins first within us and then reflects externally. The true search for plenitude is born from a conscious ego that, observing this external reality, realizes that the only way to get through this period and, who knows, be able to contribute positively to the world, is by dedicating itself to develop the state of plenitude that does not let itself be shaken, no matter what challenge is happening. In turbulent times like ours, when the oxygen masks drop down, you need to put it on yourself first.
The core subject that the school of life is providing on our evolutionary journey right now is learning to live beyond fear: fear of loss, scarcity, illness and death. When we go beyond the veil of fear, we begin to seek the answers to the deepest voids we have. The ones that are not filled by our material achievements. Voids that remain regardless of how much money you have accumulated, how many love affairs you have experienced, how many adventures you have had. How to transcend that anguish, the deepest emptiness that inhabits us? How to cross those places within ourselves which frighten us the most? How to find our inner wealth, the one that fills us regardless of what is happening outside of us?
Outside everything may be falling apart, but there is something in here that remains in balance. How to find this? When I enter the energy field of the collective, the collective mind, the collective emotional, I see that this period is demanding this from us. It demanded this of me, and I went in search of answers. And I also went looking for answers for you, because I know that the Universe is also demanding from you. All crises provoke our potential in some way. They provoke in the sense of stimulating, of activating our potential. And we need courage and creativity to find positive answers to all the challenges that all crises bring us.
So I reinforce my invitation to you–who are conscious of all that is happening in the world and understanding the strong turbulence we are going through–not to get lost in fear and commit yourself to your studies and practices to tune into plenitude, understanding that this is possible if you really want it. Remember: first put the oxygen mask on yourself, be safe and from that place, contribute to the awakening of the world around you.
